The mermaids of the Yamuna? they remind me of the Ganesh statues  
throning on bus dashboards amidst offerings and flowers :-)

Were it not for the Nikon strap on the right this one would  
immediately be a classic of colourful Indian street archetype - superb  
colours too (just dim the yellow ribbon ;-)
