Subject: [Leica] show photographs at the same time interval taken?

I think I see the idea--sound sync with few frames

would the best approach be to do an in-camera movie (as many still cameras 
do now) and then edit the movie to drop most of the frames?

iMovie lets you cut portions and extend single frames for as long as you 
like. I'm sure other tools would do similar things on other platforms

I think this might accomplish your goal in a different way than you were 
headed
