George, Sonny, John,

Beware! It is only a matter of time! The end draws nigh! The CAS
(Camera Acquisition Syndrome) monster will appear and gnaw at your
innards! (-:

I have only one digital SLR over 4 years old - a Nikon D70, which I
converted to IR 18 months ago rather than sell it for peanuts, but
haven't taken it out for a spin yet. Surely there is a lesson in this?
Must do so tomorrow. The other bodies I have been trading in every 2-3
years when there is some value left in the body. Thank heavens I shoot
Nikon - if I were shooting Canon, I would have to do it every 6 months
to capture residual value. (-:

Cheers
Jayanand
