Its a beauty by Henning. Looks like what I call a Heliconia which is just
the Genus I think. It is a Central American native.

I have shown a Spiral Ginger  (Genus is Costus) a few times.

That one is from the same part of the world also.
Both are immigrants in my wife's garden.
