Congrats to the whole family, more particularly to the mother, and  
welcome to this world of lenses Sadie :-)

About your two photos, mother and child is a treasure.

The other one looks so surrealistic to me: what is this large pawed  
farmer with a cap doing there indoors when the nurses and doc are  
wearing hygiene clothes ... the mother's leg and the doctor's smiling  
grin add to this, it all looks straight out of a series. Fun shot  
indeed. Well done!
