Alastair. There's a huge difference in price. While I have never used
any of the modular system lenses, the f6.8 lens is very light and
easy to focus as it's push - pull and very fast. The photos from it
are very good but I expect the 560mm f5.6 is better. The shoulder
stock is very necessary if you plan to hand hold.
