Mark, Erwin wrote somewhere in his blog that he is no business man as
evidenced by the long gestation period and changes along the way in
producing this book! I rather suspect that like a new mother he may want
some rest before contemplating any more 'children', especially home birthed
ones with a solo parent  ;-)
AFAIK the extra 100 copies were all he could get from the publisher.
