Subject: [Leica] Friday flower: the last Dogwood

Dogwood trees once were very common in the Hudson Valley but about a dozen
years ago a dogwood blight killed 95% of the trees. We only have one mature
tree left on our property and it doesn't seem to he in good health. This
spring it favored us with a nice display of blossoms. I only hope it wasn't
a last gasp.
