I may as well join the mob. I don't know what the flower is, but I am 
pleased with the lighting.

This was a learning experience. After complaining about too many 
wilted flowers around here, my wife suggested going to the Stanford 
Shopping Center, where the gardeners do not permit any wilted flower 
to live, and the place teems with blossoms.

I don't have anything resembling macro optics for my M9, but quickly 
discovered that at minimum focusing distance, I get a bigger image 
with the 90 mm than with the 35. However, I didn't realize how 
utterly shallow the depth of field would be and used much wider 
apertures than I should have.
