And that's what I've been saying all along, Marty.  There is no sense in
piling money into a computer if there is no need for it.

I'm telling you, a student computer lives a rough life getting wagged about
in back packs or underarm for four years.  It is likely the battery will
need replacing, and probably the whole computer.before it is all over.

Most Colleges have computer labs available for the heavy lifting computing,
so there is no need for her to invest for that.

I work in the University Library Building, I see how they treat the
machines.

 I also have a college senior son.  That's another thread.
