Hi Tina,

You've got a good start. Here's a photo that illustrates a couple of  
things.

As Frank pointed out use an ISO setting of 640 or so. That's what I  
used for this photo.

Notice that the IR is greatest in the sun and subdued in the shade.

There is almost no IR effect on buildings, wood or stone.

The M8 is probably the best camera for IR outside of a digital camera  
modified for the purpose.
