I love the yawning figure in Alt 10, such a boring climate pff, sun everyday ... ;-) Last, I see that local Spanish local business is hopefully going to benefit from the (European) renovation (ready money) and I like the idea of such support to their battered economy. Don't advertise it too much in Greece right now though ...
