Very nice photos. Interesting subject too. Makes me want to see more and
know more about the process.  

BTW, they take beer seriously in Portland, too. :-)

I had the occasion to attend a closed tasting session during which 4
Portland winemakers were barrel tasting 30 different barrels of Pinot
and
trying to decide how to best blend them to make their next vintages.  It
was
a very fascinating evening.  These folks are some serious winemakers!
