We got a call this morning that the whales were passing Thieves Bay and we
rushed over.
It is hard to get a sense of the size of the animals so this time I tried to
include a human for
a reference point.

Two eagles also came by to watch the whales. I was hanging on a ledge and
couldn't change
my angle to get a better view.

Finally I was rewarded with a tail slap for being patient:

Please look large and enjoy.
C&C always welcome
