When ones love is cameras and who can blame them not not really so much
photography the digital workflo or lack of points that out in this digital
day and age.
In the 90's a rich guy could go out and buy a Hasselblad. Shoot a roll.
Bring it to the drug store (Walgreens maybe) and get back his snap shots
two days later. The commitment would not really change just the price of the
camera. Few not think anything of this. Bring it to a pro lab and get a
contact sheet? Have a custom print made? That cost money! That takes extra
time!

Now you can shoot jpegs but there really is much more hands on stuff you
have to do with digital. People don't like that. They want to play with
cameras not with photography.
