Thank you all for your comments. I will follow through and watch for
agitation and, yes, sharpness is not my main concern, but getting good (i.e.
"flat" raw) linear scan is my goal, especially under our California sunny
sky and the night time photography that I am doing. I can make it dance post
processing using LR and Photoshop :-)

One point: Chris, apparently any two solution developer can be used as two
bath. See the link I provided initially. Straight from Sandy King's mouth
:-)
