[Leica] M9 Upgrades

It is not mentioned, but as many people are saying (unless your M9 is 
totally battered) you are probably better off selling it and buying an M9-P 
- if that is what you want. The price drop on selling an M9 and buying an 
M9-P is not likely to be much different to the upgrade, and you still end up 
with the serial number of an M9 when/if it comes time to sell....
