Thanks to all who commented on my first half dome shot.  I loved the light 
when I was taking the shot.  The sun was just setting, or had done so 
already.  Long exposures.  I had gone on a ranger led photo walk the 
previous day and he led us to this spot, that I had not know of before.  He 
also said that a long exposure will give a better reflection when the water 
is not perfectly still, so I tried it.  I like the softness, which is 
different.

I should try converting it to B&W to see what it looked like.

It was rather stormy the first week in June, but most of the rain fell at 
night.  Gave lots of clouds in the day, and some really added to the 
pictures.

The water was indeed high, yet after I left, it got even higher and flooded 
many of the meadows.  Missed that.

But all the falls were quite full.  Here is Bridal veil falls from across 
the river.

I think they all look better in the large size, so give it a try.
