Those particular Kodak plug-ins are very old technology.  I'm sure there are
better ones currently.  For noise and grain, I use Noise Ninja.  The Kodak
ones do work and I used to use them all many years ago.  The ROC one is the
only one I know of that does the restoration of color, though.
