Subject: [Leica] Shoulder holder

Since the VW designer's M9 came out, I've wanted a 'shoulder holder'  
similar to the one he designed.  Does anyone know if Leica sell it  
separately, or (better still) if any company has a similar design?  I  
often think it would be great for a second body while the other is in  
my hand.
