Well, yeah, it's two different frigging jobs!!! If they want to pay twice as 
much, sure. But, of course, that'll never happen. 
It's what happens when they don't teach business practice with a craft.
I'd like to see "them" ask pilots to also work on the aircraft as a job 
requirement. Or a soldier, treat themselves when wounded. 
There is only one term for a client like that--sweatshop!
