Yes Macs definitely read FAT32 discs, Carbon Copy Cloner is worth a try 
anyway, since it is free.

i'm pretty sure the mac will read fat32 disks--if you can mount and see 
contents

carbon copy cloner should be able to copy the disk bit for bit
