Subject: [Leica] Printing on an Epson R2880

I replaced my 2200 with a 2880 and I'm having a wee snag.

When I print on A3+ paper (329mm x 483mm), the edges are getting
cropped. A photo with a pair of feet and some pavement below is
coming out printed with the shoes cropped.
This print was done from Lightroom 3.
In the Print module, the image covers all the white background and on
the top left of the image is a box that reads "323.066 x 479.778 mm".

I tried next printing from Apple's Preview. I clicked the retain
size, and it now prints the full image, but with a 7 cm border on the
bottom and a 4 cm border on the right. Not what I wanted.
I really want to print the full image using as much of the paper as
possible.

I also have Photoshop CS.

Could anyone kindly suggest how I can print the complete image with as
little paper margin as possible?

All the best,

Peter
