Gursky's photograph of the Rhine river "Rhein II" which would handily cover
any peeling bits of wallpaper in most houses as it is a quite massive 80
inches by 140 inches. It now leads the most expensive photograph list.

Yes, it is the most expensive photograph ever bought, but it's probably not
the best one. However, your opinion of this may vary. Mr Gursky says it is
his favourite photograph. And it probably is - until his next one.

Amazingly, a photo by Dmitri Medvedev the current Russian President is also 
in there in the list of the top ten most expensive photographs ever bought.
