Wonderfully evocative image for me, Tina. Jan and I lived the first years of 
our marriage in Charleston. This was in the mid-70s. I was in the Navy, my 
submarine based in Charleston. I didn't have a lot of free time there. But 
we did enjoy it very much. At that time the horse "diapers" were first 
required. I remember it was quite controversial.

Your image brought back all those memories. We celebrated the Bicentennial 
there, too.

Thank you for a flash back to a special time.
