To continue the detail of that transmitted BW TV we watched, the sent
footage was actually colour but the only means of transmitting it from the
base station was a video camera pointed at the screen of the monitor! The
base station was in Australia I believe.
I understand that some of the original video ( and Hasselblads!) have
simply been 'lost' since that iconic part of history.
