I recall a number of blue and clear glass specimens. Today, as I walked through the garage, I spotted one on a high shelf. In a quick Google search, I learned that this particular insulator was manufactured by the millions to support long-distance telephone lines, with its heavy lower shoulder designed to carry extra weight. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Insulator+33.jpg.html E-510 with ZD 35mm Macro Comments and critiques welcomed.
