Thanks for looking, Lluis.  I grabbed the shot because it gave me an 
opportunity to show the people inside it.  The pilot looked at me, I waved 
at him, and he smiled, all after I took the photo.

There have been somewhere between 1000 and 1500 made, with gradual 
improvements, since the 1950s.
