Could someone explain "forcing" a panorama.  Maybe post a forced panorama?

Thank you Nathan. I understand your criticism about "forcing" the panoramic
perspective. OTOH, I challenge to take a look at my calendar
http://richardmanphoto.com/TMP/calendar-2012-Web.pdf (FS: $20)
and find an image that does not work because it's panoramic. This image,
which I renamed "Tranquility" rather than "sticks in the water":-) is the
August image.
