None of us can say what the cover SHOULD be.  That is Jim Shulman's
decision.  He is the editor.  Whatever his vision is for the book is what
is right.  Why all of this angst?  If you want a photo book with the cover
of your choice, it's easy enough to do on Blurb.  Go for it!
