Subject: [Leica] IMG: January Surprise

Wow, Jim, what a beautiful shot.  Should be in a catalog!  But I'm puzzled 
by one thing.  The background petals are sharp, the nearest edge of the 
central "cone" is also sharp, but there seems to be a fuzzy area at the base 
of that cone.  That distance should be between the near and far.  Am I 
missing something?  Could be my old eyes.
