You can buy their last/latest standalone version NOW before they move you.
I used CS1 for over5 years, I think, before moving to CS5. CS5 should be
good for many years.

Hopefully they won't change the model for LR since it's a relatively
inexpensive product, at $150-$200. Their subscription model will not make
sense.
