Subject: [Leica] Ah, the delicious task of selecting a kit for my trip

If you want to please yourself take any of the gear you like and have fun :-)

Else, If you rather want to please people and give them prints afterwards,
use even a small PS and flash, they will love to see the details of their
dress, and usually enjoy depth of field along with bright vivid colours.
This unless your family are all into photography.

Hope this helps

 Thanks all.

Good thoughts, the Xpan 45mm is f4, as are the MF lenses.

I don't think the restaurant would be dark, but, f4 might generally not
be the greatest idea.

Summilux'es would be better to have along.

regards
Vick
