Jarch? worked for Fleet Street for his whole career and produced many iconic images. He was the grandfather of David Suchet (aka 'Poirot') who narrated and took the major part in the programme, reconstructing many of Jarch?s iconic images using his original Leica M3 (including a wide angle with specs!) It turned out that Suchet was an accomplished photographer in his own right. I have no doubt that you will be able to catch up with the programme on ITV Player (www.itv.com/itvplayer) but it is too early for it to be there yet - well worth an hour of your time.
