Hi john,
Gee I think that's a pretty heavy duty comment!!! Yes there are places when 
one wants absolute control as you say:

I beleive it's to each his own in how one uses their cameras. As I said 
before when shooting the book .... "WOMEN IN MEDICINE. A CELEBRATION OF 
THEIR WORK!" 500 rolls of T-MAX 400 RATED AT ASA 800! I never lost a frame 
from exposure regardless of lighting and cameras reacting to light 
conditions! Just think about the wild and crazy lighting in many operating 
rooms and hospital conditions!

And one might say this was a major income assignment project!!!!!!! ALL 
AUTO! M7'S! 500 ROLLS! Buy the book and see for yourself! ;-)
