I think things are changing these days, and the M8 was released a few years 
back. When you go beyond 100% on the M9 it gets very jaggy like a JPEG, but 
the M is much smoother - I think this is why some people say that the M is 
less sharp. You can go to silly on-screen magnification without the image 
looking too digital, I do not have a similar shot on both cameras but 
looking at a Monochrom image at 400% compared to an M at same magnification 
I see what I mean ;-)
