Pretty much Phil. I use my XPro-1 with an XE-1 18-55 zoom which allows a 
hugely
flexible and much lighter package. The M adapter allows you to stick a Nocti 
(or
whatever else) on if you really want to. With an LTM to M adapter too you can
stick a 40s Leica lens on it - I have.

A hugely flexible system at a very reasonable price.
