Holy vignetting, Batman

I just looked at my negatives using the Milich WATE (16-18-21) UV/IR 
adapter on an  MDa.

I thought it was some funky edge effect and the MDa had a smaller lens 
gate than a regular body.

But it seems that the Milich WATE UV/IR adapter causes significant 
vignetting on a full frame camera.  I'm thinking on an M8, it works 
beautifully, but not on a full frame body.
