Reportedly the Leica ones are just starting to ship. I read too that
Novoflex makes them as well (and the same Chinese company reportedly makes
the Olympus and Leica branded EVF).
Note that you need both the correct 6 BIT code and frame-line agreement
(28-90) for the M to bring up the R lens manual setting menu.
Liveview with LCD or EVF makes exact framing easy of course and focus
peaking will work. There is no means of using auto selection of the
magnified view of course since there is no focus cam but you can start it
via the slightly awkward button on the front
