Ten years ago, I photographed a small greenhouse sitting in a field out in a middle-of-nowhere rural area about 30 miles northwest of Fort wayne. That greenhouse had that EXACT SAME SIGN on it. It was white with red letters too, just like the one in your photo! Here's my photo of the greenhouse.
