I do not see a downside to this camera...  

The issue with the WA lenses, and obtuse light ray angles is still TBD.  

Leica should buy the camera, stick on a M mount, do a little bit of FW
revision for its lenses,  and sell it as an entry level M camera.

Maybe Leitax will do it....?
