No thanks: too big & heavy, AF, the STOOPID STOOPID STOOPID tripod foot. 400mm f/5.6 Canon? I've got 400mm f/5.6 with the 280 APO + 1.4x extender, the Canon's tripod mount isn't nearly as good as the 280 APO's, and what I've seen of it's image quality, it's great by CaNikon standards ;) Doug Herr Birdman of Sacramento http://www.wildlightphoto.com
