Howard, I seem to have the single focus point permanently set in the center
but to be honest I have no present memory of how I did it. Probably late at
night in a sub- sub-menu.

When you say the EM 1 was 'faster in the field' what exactly do you mean?

I'm considering it as a daily carry around camera - I just don't like to
tote around my M9 in my briefcase - and I'm still wondering if this small
sensor can rise to the occasion when I take a prize winning shot that needs
to be cropped a fair amount and then printed really large.

As if.
