Jim,

How I love it that you did not let him stare you down !

The title caught my eye, as I worked in a shoe factory in Kutztown, PA for
minimum wage, back in the 70's.
Had to hitch hike every day from Reading, until I made some friends at the
factory.  A raise in the minimum wage then would have been very helpful too.
