Nice shots Nathan, amazing the picture of the Dog.

Interesting documenting for me. As you know in Catalonia we have as well the
tradition of the Night of Sant Joan, but here we don?t make hogueras like
these ones, similars to the ?Fallas?, here the tradition was to burn all the
old things no more used and the fire comes from the mountain of El Canig?,
in Catalonia North, actually in France. The tradition is that the Fire from
El Canig? is distributed in all the villages and cities of the Catalan
Countries, and this has a very strong significance for our Nation.

It is difficult to find some information in English, even in Spanish, I?ve
found this, please roll down and you ca read some more details about that
tradition.

Of course the night of Sant Joan we have ?chupitos? and a special cake for
the celebration called ?Coca de Sant Joan?.

Un abrazo
Lluis
