Haah! It is actually a clever photo you made Philippe although your intent
may have been for fun. Looking large now I saw the second reclining figure
in your composition. Well done.

On the LiveView, for me it has proved useful for framing exactly with the
wides but also on tripod (especially for close ups). For using the spot or
other more advanced metering  it works well too. With models in studio I
found that the lag is not problematic where the pose is held for a couple
of seconds until the flash is fired then move to the next. For continuous
movement you would likely get some that work with anticipation and practice
(where you have some forgiveness from depth of field) but it would be a
Ferrari with 3 bicycle tyres for volume (1000's of frames in a shoot).
