I was walking down 16th Street toward Market, when saw this smiley face balloon bobbing toward me. Suddenly I looked beyond and saw a window of the Friends Center (Quakers), and thought the two would go together perfectly. I waited for the balloon to bounce to the right spot, snapped, and then hoped against hope that the picture would match my impression. For once, it did. Thanks!
