In perspective, and NOT KNOWING WHAT PAPER JIM SELECTED, here is the current cost for every LUG book in hardcover with dust jacket (USD): 2006 $75.00 2007 $75.95 2008 $78.95 2009 $78.95 2010 $75.95 2011 $78.95 2012 $80.95 2013 $94.49 2014 $89.21 I realize that cost changes the more pages there are, so it is not truly an apples to apples comparison.
