Hi Geoff,
Regarding the nose shadow?

It appears as though you were trying to create studio "BUTTERFLY LIGHTING?"
in a frontal view as it would most likely be used,

However? The MODEL is either too far forward or the light needs to be moved
slightly to create a sharper edge "butterfly" under her nose without getting
into her upper lip? A sort of minor.

Good impact, I looked a long while. If you were going for
"stark" you got there. I'm curious to know how the model
feels about this image (black shadow under nose and lower
lip). ;-)
