Thanks, Aram.  As I recall I tried to make some photos in ordinary
neighborhoods of ordinary people.  You are correct there are some shots of
people crossing streets; there are also some shots of people at a bus
terminal and lined up to buy ice cream.  Long before I knew him I was
subconsciously following the Ted Grant Rule: Ooh, that looks interesting.

I did not have the sense it was a cheerful or happy place.
